Service Description
In individual therapy, we often deal with existential angst in the form of varying levels of anxiety and depression among other human conditions. Usually, they all boil down to how does one breakthrough patterns of relating to their world among others, with others, and in intimate as well as intrapersonal relationships. Allow me to accompany you on your journey for a while. Although individual work does help us address intimate relationships, sometimes it is hard to see through our patterns and or hard to apply our best intentions. Bringing relationships to the therapy room, particularly that of lovers and family relations allows difficult conversations to be had in a safe and honored space.
